Review Your Feedback Report
When your report is ready, open it to see what went well and what you can try differently next time.
Start With The Summary
Start with the summary, then choose one suggestion to try in your next conversation. Depending on your program, you may also see ICF skill markers and feedback from your facilitator.
Preview And Download Your Transcript
You can open a readable transcript from either Recent Sessions or the matching Feedback Report. Select View Transcript to review the turns, then choose Download PDF to save the transcript in your browser.
Understand ICF Skill Markers
The ICF Competency Markers tab groups feedback by coaching skill. Each skill shows a score, the markers that appeared in your conversation, and what you can work on.
- Observed means the report found an example of that coaching skill in your conversation.
- Area to develop shows a skill to strengthen in future practice.
- Use the quoted words and time shown to find that moment in the written conversation record and understand the feedback.
Turn Suggestions Into Your Next Practice Goal
The Suggested Improvements tab shows the coaching actions most worth trying in your next conversation.
For each suggestion, read the example first, then why it matters. Choose one action to focus on in your next scenario instead of trying to improve everything at once.
Return To Earlier Practice Sessions
Use Recent Sessions to revisit completed conversations, open reports, download a report when it is available, and preview your transcript. The same owner view provides the Download PDF action for that transcript.
Compare earlier conversations with newer ones to see what is changing and what you still want to practice.
