Find and Select a Scenario

Open Scenarios to browse practice conversations. Choose one, read the short description, and start when you are ready.

Select A Scenario

Use the industry and management-level filters to narrow the list. Read the title, who you will be coaching, and any note about what you need to complete first. Select View Details for the scenario that matches the skill you want to practice.

Review The Scenario Details And Begin

On the details page, read the person’s role, situation, and goal. Then review the Coaching Focus Suggestions and Things to Watch For so you know what to focus on in the conversation.

Check whether the scenario is available and whether there is anything to complete first. When it is ready, select Start Scenario to open the practice conversation. Some scenarios stay locked until you finish an earlier scenario or reach the required score.
